🎟️ Ticket Sales Volunteer
Description:
Help keep our events running smoothly by joining the Ticket Sales team! Volunteers will assist with selling event tickets at the door, managing pre-registration check-ins, and answering attendee questions. This role is perfect for friendly, organized individuals who enjoy interacting with people.
Responsibilities

Sell Tickets: Handle on-site ticket sales at event entrances with accuracy and friendliness.
- Handling Payments: Accept cash payments and make correct change; assist with any point-of-sale systems if used.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event.

Support Event Flow: Work with other event staff to ensure smooth entry and crowd management.
- Providing Great Customer Service: Be friendly, approachable, and ensure everyone has a positive experience.
- Following Safety Guidelines: Monitor guest behavior and follow protocols for safe alcohol service.

Represent the Club: Create a positive first impression by being welcoming, professional, and helpful.
- Working as a Team: Communicate with other volunteers, event coordinators, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth during busy times.
